A sandwich made the way you like it
A porchetta sandwich, a Parma ham and mozzarella panini, or a hot recipe for a change: at lunchtime, the flavours of our counter go into your sandwich. You can also build it with the charcuterie and cheeses from the shop.
Take it away, or sit down in our 18-seat tasting area, subject to availability.

Porchetta has a special place at Erofla. We make it ourselves, in our own kitchen in Casteau, for your meals and events. Served in slices, it can also be the centre of a shared buffet.

Charcuterie, cheeses, wines and Italian groceries make up our selection in the shop. Enough to complete a meal or prepare an aperitivo. We are here to help you choose.
And if you would like to sit down, our tasting area has 18 seats.
A meal outside shop hours
Our outdoor vending machine is available 24 hours a day. It offers a selection of prepared meals, while stocks last.
Our family business, since 2002
A family story
Liliane Salamone founded Erofla in 2002. Her son Eros joined in 2011 and took over the management in October 2025. Today, Eros, Liliane, Marie and Anandi welcome you in Casteau.
The family’s Italian roots and the contact with customers still guide the house, from choosing products to preparing meals.
